My adventures through the world of dance and movement are multifaceted.

I believe that all who aspire to understand their body and how it moves can connect to it on a special level. 

Therefore my goal for each individual is simple: help them find their connection to their body and how it moves uniquely through space.

I offer individual lessons in

dance specific technical advancement through pilates based strength training

as well as contemporary movement & exploration through improvisation.

 

These skillsets can be combined into workshops for many or individual lessons.
